Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions cover your use of the YourGuruz website (“YourGuruz”, “we”, “us”). By browsing or using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use YourGuruz.

If you use the site for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms on that business’s behalf.

About YourGuruz

YourGuruz is a coupon, promo-code and deals platform. We gather offers from retailers and affiliate programmes and present them so you can find a discount before you shop.

We are not a shop. We don’t sell the products or services shown, we don’t hold stock, and we don’t process payments. We point you to offers on other websites.

How coupons, promo codes and deals work

A coupon or promo code is a short code you enter at a retailer’s checkout to claim a discount. A deal is an offer where the price is already reduced on the retailer’s site, so no code is needed.

On YourGuruz you find the offer, reveal any code, and follow the link to the retailer. The discount is applied by the retailer, on their website, under their rules.

Eligibility and merchant-specific conditions

Most offers come with conditions set by the retailer — for example a minimum order value, selected products or brands, new customers only, one use per person, or a particular region. These conditions belong to the retailer, not to us.

Whether you qualify for an offer, and whether it applies at checkout, is decided by the retailer’s own systems.

Offer accuracy, expiry, availability and changes

We take care to list offers accurately and to keep them current, but we can’t guarantee that every coupon or deal is live, correct or still available when you reach the retailer.

Offers can expire, change, be withdrawn or sell out at any time, and retailers can add or change conditions without telling us. Always check the retailer’s final terms and the price before you complete a purchase.

Where YourGuruz describes an offer as checked, that reflects a point in time and is not a promise that it will still work when you use it.

Purchases are between you and the merchant

External merchant websites and third-party links

YourGuruz links to many other websites. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, their offers, their practices, or their privacy policies and terms.

Once you follow a link, you are on that third party’s website and their terms apply. A link from YourGuruz is not an endorsement.

Affiliate and referral relationships

Some links on YourGuruz are affiliate links. If you use one and then buy or sign up, we may earn a small amount from the retailer or its affiliate network, at no extra cost to you.

This doesn’t change the price you pay, and it isn’t a reason for us to describe an offer inaccurately. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains it in full.

Prices, product information and merchant responsibility

Any prices, discounts, product details, images and stock information shown on YourGuruz come from retailers or their data feeds. They can be out of date or contain errors.

The retailer’s own website is the source of truth. The price and details shown there, at the moment you check out, are what count.

Comments and anything you submit

Some parts of YourGuruz let you post comments. When you post, you are responsible for what you write. You confirm you have the right to post it and that it does not break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.

Comments are the views of the person who wrote them, not of YourGuruz, and we do not check every comment before it appears.

Acceptable use

Please use YourGuruz fairly. You agree not to:

• break the law, or use the site for anything fraudulent or harmful;
• post content that is abusive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes someone’s rights;
• use comments or submissions to spam, advertise or promote a business without permission;
• copy, scrape or harvest the site’s content or data at scale, or use bots to do so;
• try to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• misrepresent who you are, or interfere with anyone else’s use of the site.

We may remove content or restrict access if these rules are broken.

Our content and intellectual property

The YourGuruz name, logo, site design, text, graphics and the way offers are organised and presented are owned by YourGuruz or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may view and share YourGuruz pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, licence or redistribute our content, or use our name or logo, without our permission.

Retailer names, logos and trademarks shown on YourGuruz belong to those retailers and are used only to identify their offers.

Your content and moderation

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give YourGuruz a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, reproduce and adapt your content on and in connection with the site.

We may moderate, edit or remove any comment or submission — for example if it breaks these Terms, is spam, or is reported to us. We are not obliged to monitor everything, and we don’t guarantee that we will.

Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read the Privacy Policy.

Availability, errors and technical interruptions

We work to keep YourGuruz available and running well, but we don’t promise it will always be online, uninterrupted or error-free.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, or carry out maintenance, at any time. We are not liable for the site being unavailable.

Disclaimer

YourGuruz is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site or its content — including that offers will be accurate, current, available or suitable for you.

Using YourGuruz to find an offer is at your own discretion, and your dealings with any retailer are solely between you and that retailer.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourGuruz and the people who work on it will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, savings, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or of any offer you found through it.

This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law — for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to cover YourGuruz for reasonable losses, costs and claims that result from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or content you post that breaks the law or infringes someone’s rights.

Suspension or termination of access

We may limit, suspend or end your access to YourGuruz — or remove content you have posted — if you break these Terms, or where we reasonably need to for legal, security or operational reasons.

You can stop using YourGuruz at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity) still apply afterwards.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as YourGuruz or the law changes. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version.

If a change is significant, we will try to make it more noticeable. Continuing to use YourGuruz after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute connected with YourGuruz or these Terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
